Our focus is creating something you will love and be proud of, so we pride ourselves on sourcing the very best products and suppliers that Tasmania has to offer.

Starting with your concrete foundations we partner with Tasmanian owned and operated Hazell Bros.

As a standard we construct your home using hardwood timber framing supplied by another local company, McKay Timber from their sustainable growth plantations.

Our preferred external finishes are bricks supplied by Austral Bricks and Island Block and Paving. We also supply and fit lightweight external cladding products from James Hardie.

Our clients can choose from any of the above products or in many cases combine these products to create a composite construction.

Our windows are always double glazed and are carefully designed by Dowell or Glass Supplies.

We offer Colorbond roofing as standard.

Internal fitout products include CSR Plasterboard, Corinthian Doors, Lockwood door furniture, Smeg Kitchen appliances from Harvey Norman Commercial, Daikin 6kw reverse cycle heat pump from Parr’s, Polytec kitchen door and drawer panels and 250 litre Dux electric hot water cylinders.
