How long has Ronald Young + Co Builders been around for?

How long will it take to Build my home?

From the time you pay your deposit and provide a copy of your land title, we allow approximately 6 months to finalise plans and make your product selections and go through the certification and council process, and then allow 6-8 months for the actual build.  This is dependent on the size and nature of the build.

What is included in your price?

We will provide you with a quote (not an estimate) tailored to your individual requirements.  Our quote will include a comprehensive list of items such as service connections, site fall, scaffold, council fees and other necessary requirements so that there are no surprises in costs.

Do you have a waiting list?

We don’t have a waiting list, but we don’t take on any more than we handle. We won’t compromise on quality or service!

Why do you need all of my product and colour selections now?

We work closely with our clients to have products selected prior to commencing your build so that we can provide you with a seamless building process, and to ensure that your products have been ordered and are ready to be delivered timely.

Can I pop in and walk around my house during construction?

Due to National Work Health and Safety Regulations, all site visits or inspections must be approved by our office and accompanied by your Site Supervisor or Building Manager.  We will always endeavour to ensure we can meet you at a suitably convenient time as we appreciate this is a very exciting process.

Do you include site fees?

Our contract price does include the site fees required to build your new home.

Do you do renovations/extensions?

Our specialty is building new homes, but we can give you a referral for renovation specialist if you require a recommendation.

Our structural warranty period is 12 years.

Can I change or amend my plans?

Plans can be adapted or amended prior to the commencement of the approval and compliance process.
