Paul completed his Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship in 1993 and was awarded the Tasmanian Carpentry and Joinery Apprentice of the Year. HIA member for over 20 years, and past HIA Tasmanian President, Paul is an Accredited Builder with 30 years of construction experience and can provide you with a high level of expertise during the design and construction of your new home. After purchasing Ronald Young + Co Builders in 2011, the business has continued to grow and is Tasmania's longest running family owned and operated residential construction company.

James is an Accredited Building Practitioner (Building Designer) working in the design and construction industry since 2003. James commenced as a drafting designer at Ronald Young + Co Builders in 2011. James has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Certificate IV in Residential Design and Drafting and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. James is highly qualified and experienced to assist you with the design of your new home – he has the right solution for your lifestyle and new home needs.

Nigel has over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Nigel has attained Diploma of Building & Construction and also a Certificate IV in Project Management. Nigel enjoys the varied construction challenges he has been involved in including working in remote locations and challenging residential construction. Nigel has a high focus on providing clients with a fantastic new home, and will not compromise on service, quality and safety.

Peta has over 30 years of business administration, finance and management experience and a strong customer service focus. She has a Diploma of Business and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Course. Peta wants all of our clients to have a building experience that is enjoyable and fun from the first visit right through to the handover of a wonderful new home. She is committed to building relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients to construct homes and build friendships.
