Our core values include a commitment to our community and giving back, and the RY team regularly participate in community and health and wellbeing events. Ronald Young + Co Builders host charity events including fundraising for Jeans for Genes, Mens’ health promotion, Footy Colours Day and fundraising for Cancer Council, the Stroke Foundation, Heart Foundation, the Jodi Lee Foundation – in addition to sponsoring local sporting events. Members of the team participate in annual sporting events including the Bridge Run and Point to Pinnacle events. The RY Runners take off every Thursday for a 5km run via the Hobart Rivulet track and is open to a wide network of stakeholders promoting physical health.
We have an embedded health and wellbeing program and extend this to our staff, contractors and stakeholders – hosting annual health and safety forums with varying topics including sharing information on health matters including mental health awareness. We care about our community, and we genuinely care for each other – we like to have fun, and to give back!
